Strategic Programme Fund (SPF) formerly Global Opportunities Fund (GOF):

SPF aims to promote action on global issues in areas of strategic importance to the UK. Projects are supported under the themes:

Climate Change and Energy
Human Rights
Economic Reform

Bilateral Programme Budget (BPB):

The BPB, previously known as the Small Grants Scheme (SGS). Projects under this funding stream although also aimed at promoting issues of strategic importance to the UK tend to be much smaller than those funded under GOF. Approximately 10 - 15 projects are funded each year and are normally no larger than £25,000 in size.
