If you are applying for a passport, you need to pay the correct fee in Naira.

The following prices are correct as of 8 October, 2009:

                                ·         32-page adult passport - £124.50 (N32, 400)

                                ·         32-page child (under-16) passport - £79.50 (N20, 700)

                                ·         48-page Biometric passport - £150.50  (N39, 200)

                                ·         Emergency Passport - £69.00 (18, 000)

                                ·         Adults over the age of 75  - Gratis

                                ·         Referral fee for lost/stolen passport £12.75 (N3, 300)

                                ·         Call out fee (for issuing a temporary or emergency passport

                    Please note that payments can only be made in cash in Nigeria.

                    Personal or banker’s cheques, money orders,

                    Valucards or credit cards or any other currency are not accepted.
